About the vacancy
We are seeking an experienced, dynamic and rigorous Site Manager with solid experience in farm management, ideally in greenhouse vegetable production (particularly tomatoes). The ideal candidate will combine technical skills, organisational skills and leadership to effectively manage all site activities.
Profile:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in agriculture or equivalent
Significant experience in farm management (greenhouse production, particularly tomatoes)
Team management and work organisation skills
Technical knowledge of greenhouse market gardening
Sense of responsibility, autonomy and rigour
Proficiency in basic IT tools (office software, etc.)
Driving licence
What can you expect from us?
To succeed in their role, the Site Manager must:
Manage and coordinate production activities
Supervise, organise and train the work team (technicians, skilled workers, agricultural workers)
Monitor technical and economic production indicators
Ensure compliance with health, environmental and safety standards
Ensure proper management of on-site stocks (fertilisers, plant protection products, etc.)
Participate in the development of production forecasts and requirements
Participate in the implementation and monitoring of certifications (Global Gap, Grasp, Smeta, etc.)
Maintain regular communication with production management
